Unlike many traditional Lafayette apartment complexes, The Pointe at Pinhook offers individual leases (each resident is responsible only for their own rent), fully furnished units with premium finishes, and the largest resort-style pool in Lafayette, combined with a shuttle to UL Lafayette.

Yes. The Pointe at Pinhook offers individual leases, meaning each resident's financial responsibility covers only their own space. If a roommate transfers schools or moves out, remaining residents are not responsible for covering their portion of rent.

Pointe at Pinhook also offers additional optional add-ons to make the most of your experience - $35 annual fee for parking, VIP parking for $25/month, and our premium bedroom A in the E1 floor plan for $15/month.

What lease terms are available at The Pointe at Pinhook?

Yes. All units come fully furnished with premium appliance packages. Kitchens include stainless steel appliances (in select units), a dining table, chairs, and barstools. Bedrooms include a full-size bed, desk, and dresser, and living areas include a leather furniture package with a flat-screen TV.

Homes include keyless front door entry, smart thermostats, and an Amazon Echo Show in each unit, plus a personal wireless network so residents can access files and print from anywhere on-site.

Yes, washers and dryers are included in every unit at The Pointe at Pinhook, along with premium granite countertops and vinyl wood plank flooring throughout.

Breed and size restrictions apply, contact the leasing office for the current breed restriction list and any applicable pet fees, a $30 a month pet rent and $350 non-refundable pet fee.
